From time to time, I give pastry courses in my workshop in Andalusia.

The idea was in the air about a year ago and we're giving it a go
with a Special Christmas Pastry Course
You can't imagine how excited I am about it. It's a project
I've cherished all summer and thanks to my lovely friends
Alexandra and Jo in Holland, it's becoming real !
Here are all the details :
A 3 hour and half workshop, part demonstration, part practice,
followed by tea & pastries.
We will make two recipes by Pierre Hermé, candied orange and chocolate cake with Grand Marnier & pink pepper truffles and chocolate financiers.
Saturday 14 dec 2pm-5.30pm
Sunday 15 dec 2 pm-5.30pm

(1h from Amsterdam by train)
Demonstration and practice, all ingredients, tea & pastries at the end of the workshop, customized gift tags, printed recipes in Dutch and English. The participants go home with their cakes and truffles
The workshop is limited to 8 people
The workshop will be given in English
and Alexandra will be here to help in Dutch if needs be
